Joey, who has always had a passion for food, found a passion for wine after stepping out from the kitchen to enter the world of hospitality. Quickly, Joey realized how important the role of wine is to a meal. Having worked with some of the best wine programs in New York, Joey started Wine Larder to help bring great access to the top wines of world as well, to help to remove intimidation from wine, and to make it fun! As Founder and our foremost expert, Joey handles day to day operations.
Born and raised in Chicago, Joey has lived in NYC since 2012.
Chase brings years of NYC restaurant managerial experience to the team. He is the former Wine Director of Momofuku Ko and has time spent within other high end wine programs. When not on the floor, Chase helps us with our private client base adding his general wine insights.
Chase was born and raised in New Jersey.
